ConvertAllFile.com provides an online file conversion platform that allows users to convert files between various formats. The Service supports documents, images, audio, video, and other file types. • Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Converting files that infringe on intellectual property rights

• Uploading files larger than the specified maximum file size

Files uploaded to the Service are stored temporarily on our servers for the purpose of conversion. All files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload or immediately after successful conversion and download. We do not maintain backups of uploaded files. You are responsible for downloading and saving your converted files before they are deleted.

In no event shall ConvertAllFile.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConvertAllFile.com and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
